Cancellation of Order by Bawal Exclusive

Can Bawal Exclusive cancel my order and what happens if payment has been made?


Bawal Exclusive reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been received. The 100% payment shall be refunded and the User shall be informed of the same.

What if non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to user mistakes?

If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the User (i.e., wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available or any other related reason) any extra cost spent by Bawal Exclusive for re-delivery shall be claimed from the User.

Replacement/Return and Exchange Policy

Can I return items after purchase?

Bawal Exclusive does not offer returns for items delivered without damages or defects.

Returns due to change of mind, colour preference, or personal preference are strictly not allowed.

However, to maintain the exclusivity and integrity of our creations, returns are accepted under the following terms:

1 Return Period

Returns are accepted within 7 calendar days from the original date of purchase.

2 Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted for exchange only
  • Cash refunds will not be entertained
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Packaging, labels, and proof of purchase must be intact

3 Exclusions

Returns are not applicable for items that:

  • show signs of wear
  • have been altered or washed
  • are damaged due to customer handling

Personalized or limited-edition items may not be eligible for return.

4 Online Purchases

Online orders may be returned:

  • by courier, or
  • in person at any Bawal Exclusive boutique

Return shipping fees are borne by the customer unless the item has a verified manufacturing defect.

Are refunds allowed for wrong addresses or refused packages?

No refunds would be given if the customer has provided wrong or incomplete shipping address, there are failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient.

Can goods be exchanged after purchase?

Exchange goods is not allowed after making a purchase for any circumstances unless the goods are defective or damaged.
