Cancellation of Order by Bawal Exclusive
Bawal Exclusive reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been received. The 100% payment shall be refunded and the User shall be informed of the same.
If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the User (i.e., wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available or any other related reason) any extra cost spent by Bawal Exclusive for re-delivery shall be claimed from the User.
International Shipping
International shipping charges will be informed by our customer service. Shipping charges and transit time will vary, depending on the location.
We may provide certain order, shipment, and product information, such as titles, to our international carriers, and such information may be communicated by the carriers to customs and/or postal authorities in order to facilitate customs
clearance and comply with local laws.
Replacement/Return and Exchange Policy
No returns will be offered on Items that have been delivered without any damages or defects. If customer have completed the order, then found that the customer wants to make a return after purchase due to different colour factor is not allowed. However, to maintain the exclusivity and integrity of our creations, Bawal Exclusive accepts returns under the following terms:
1. Return Period
-Returns are accepted within 7 calendar days from the original date of purchase.
2. Eligibility
-Returns are accepted for exchange only.
-Cash refunds will not be entertained.
-Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, with packaging, labels, and proof of purchase intact.
3. Exclusions
-Returns are not applicable to items that show signs of wear, have been altered, washed, or damaged due to customer handling.
-Personalized or limited-edition items may not be eligible for return.
4. Online Purchases
-Online orders may be returned either by courier or in person at any Bawal Exclusive boutique within the stated period.
-Shipping fees for returns (except in the case of manufacturing defects) are borne by the customer.
Your personal identification details are used to process your order, customised your profile information, update your status of online shopping and also to update you with our latest news, promotion and events.
No refunds would be given if the customer has provided wrong or incomplete shipping address, there are failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient.
Exchange goods is not allowed after making a purchase for any circumstances unless the goods are defective or damaged

- All items are subject to inspection and approval by Bawal Exclusive at the time of return or service.
- Requests that do not meet the stated terms and conditions will not be accepted.
- Bawal Exclusive reserves the right to amend or update this policy without prior notice, in accordance with company standards and applicable consumer protection laws.
